We simulate real attacks on your applications, networks and cloud infrastructure, with authorization and scope agreed in writing.
At the end you do not receive just a technical list: you get a summary for management, findings ranked by risk level and a remediation plan with clear priorities for your team.
We work under a confidentiality agreement. We do not disclose which organizations have been assessed.

A well-organized cloud from day one
Before moving a single workload we review what you have, what it depends on and what it costs today. With that information we design networks, compute, data and access.

Guide for IT managers
What does an enterprise cloud infrastructure mean?
An enterprise cloud infrastructure is the set of servers, networks, databases, backups and services that an organization runs on public clouds such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, or on a combination of cloud and its own data center. Unlike basic hosting, it is designed to support critical operations: it has controlled access, verified backups, monitoring and spending rules.
For an IT department, the cloud offers room to grow without buying hardware and the ability to recover services in another region after a failure. But those benefits depend on design. A cloud without architecture can cost more than the old data center and expose information through open configurations. That is why our work always begins with an assessment and a documented cloud architecture.
Why security must be part of the design
Most security incidents are not caused by sophisticated techniques but by common mistakes: weak passwords, excessive permissions, unpatched systems or storage exposed by accident. Building security in from the design stage means defining least-privilege identities, segmenting networks, encrypting data and enabling logs before a system goes into production.
To learn the real state of an existing infrastructure, the most direct path is an authorized assessment. Our cybersecurity service includes ethical hacking, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment, with a report management can understand and a remediation plan the technical team can carry out.
Continuity: preparing for what can fail
No system is free from failure. What sets a prepared organization apart is how long it takes to recover and how much information it loses. That is why we define with each area the maximum time a service can be down and the amount of data that can be lost, and design backups, replication and recovery procedures around those objectives.
A backup that has never been restored is an assumption, not a guarantee. Our business continuity service includes periodic testing and copies protected against ransomware.
How to choose between AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud
The choice of cloud provider depends on your starting point. If your organization works with Microsoft 365 and a Microsoft directory, Azure usually integrates with less effort. If your development team already uses AWS services, staying in that ecosystem shortens the learning curve. Google Cloud is attractive for data analytics and for organizations that work with Google Workspace.
Data location, the estimated cost of the services you need, available support and your team’s experience also matter. During the assessment we compare the options with explicit criteria and give you the recommendation in writing, so the decision is yours and is documented.
What to check before hiring an infrastructure provider
Before hiring, it is worth asking any provider to explain how it will protect your information during the project, what documentation it will deliver at the end, who will be responsible for communication and what happens to access once the work is done. It is also useful to ask how acceptance criteria are defined for each deliverable and what happens if one is not met.
At DATANUBIA we answer these questions in the proposal: we work under a confidentiality agreement, with individual and temporary access, we deliver diagrams and procedures, and we define in writing the acceptance criteria for each stage.
Email and collaboration: the most common entry point
Corporate email is the channel through which most impersonation and credential theft attempts arrive. A platform such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is secure by design, but only if it is configured well: complete domain records, multi-factor authentication for every user, sharing rules and alerts for suspicious sign-ins.
Our business productivity service implements, migrates and manages these platforms with that configuration from day one.
Project or managed service: how to decide
If you need a change with a start and an end, such as a migration or a security assessment, a project with a defined scope and deliverables is the right fit. If what you need is someone to run your infrastructure every month, with monitoring, support and reports, a managed service makes more sense.
Many organizations combine both: they start with a project that puts the platform in order and then delegate its operation. Either way, the first step is a diagnostic meeting to understand your situation and propose the path with the best balance of risk, cost and time.
What we deliver in every project
Every project ends with concrete deliverables that stay with your organization: architecture diagrams, operating and recovery procedures, a configuration inventory, administrative access and a final report. In security assessments, the main deliverable is a technical report with evidence, an executive summary and a prioritized remediation plan.
This documentation lets your team operate the platform, an auditor verify the controls or another provider continue the work if you so decide. We believe information about your infrastructure should belong to your organization, not to a provider.
Serving the public sector and universities
Public entities and universities have their own procurement and control processes. We work under the procedures in force and support you with technical information for drafting requirements, technical specifications and terms of reference. Each deliverable comes with an acceptance report that makes review easier for the requesting area.
Security and continuity as part of the same plan
Security reduces the likelihood of an incident; continuity reduces its impact. Neither is enough on its own. A well-protected organization still needs verified backups, because no control is infallible; and a good recovery plan loses value if attackers can also reach the backups.
That is why we design both layers together, with objectives agreed with the business areas and periodic tests that confirm the plan works.
Platforms we work with
We work with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud for infrastructure, and with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for email and collaboration, always choosing according to your systems and your team.
When you already have a platform, we evaluate it before proposing any change.
Medium and large companies, universities, public institutions and organizations with critical infrastructure. Our focus is exclusively on business: we do not offer low-cost hosting or services for individual users.
Which cloud providers do you work with?
AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, as well as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for email and collaboration. We recommend the platform according to your systems and requirements, and explain our reasons in writing.
Can I hire just an assessment, without a larger project?
Yes. Security assessments, cloud cost reviews and backup and recovery reviews can be hired separately and help you decide the next steps with concrete information.
Can ethical hacking affect my production systems?
Before starting we agree in writing on the scope, test windows and rules. The tests with the highest potential impact are coordinated with your team to minimize any effect on operations.
What does the managed service include?
Monitoring, support, incident handling, preventive maintenance, cost reviews and periodic reports. The exact scope and response times are defined with you in the service agreement.
Do you work with public sector entities?
Yes. We serve universities and public institutions following government procurement procedures, and support them with technical specifications, terms of reference and acceptance reports.
How do you protect our organization’s information?
We work under a confidentiality agreement, with individual and temporary access to your systems, and document every change. When a project ends, access is removed or transferred to your team.
How do I get started?
Book a diagnostic meeting or fill in the contact form. We review your situation, propose the right scope and send you a technical and financial proposal.
What sets DATANUBIA apart from a hosting provider?
Hosting provides space and standard servers. We design, protect and operate complete enterprise infrastructure: cloud architecture, security, backup and recovery, corporate email and ongoing administration, with documentation and defined responsibilities.
Can you work alongside our IT team?
Yes. Most of our projects are carried out together with the client’s IT team, which validates each stage and receives the knowledge transfer needed to operate the platform.
